Are the any advrse effects keeping it charging overnight??

I asked that same question of Handspring Technical support and got a response that said basically, it's ok to leave the Prism in the cradle regardless of charge status.

I had a Palm Vx before the Prism and always left it in the cradle during the day and night with no visible effect on the battery.

I'm sorry - I didn't keep a copy of the email so it could be viewed by all but I'm comfortable with leaving it in the cradle.

Its OK

It is OK to leave the Prism in the charger over night. It shouldn't affect the unit or battery in any way.
