Question

Two people in the house each have their own Visor and know how to enter their own dates in their own user calendar on the desktop. The question is - is there a way to EASILY enter a date we should both know about on both calendars (and thus on both Visors via HotSync)? Thanks for any help.

You can export a user's complete datebook, then import and merge it with another. If both are simply using different user IDs, but the same software, then COPY it while in one user, switch users, then PASTE it. Not super easy, but do-able.

Your need is a common one though. Perhaps newer versions of the desktop application can have an option when entering dates: "Apply to all users". Anyone listening at Palm or Handspring?

Hope that helps.

Dave

You can share calendars using WeSync (www.wesync.com) and GroupSync (www.groupsync.co.uk).
