Heeelllp! My !16mb Is No More

about 8 weeks ago my hagiwara 16mb flash modual stopped working. i could still run certain apps off it but was unable to move anything, or delete anything on or related to the modual. i have contacted haigwara, and after trying many possible solutions they told me to ask palmgear for a replacement. i did, 3 times, after waitng over a month for any responce (besides the automated reply) i am getting pretty annoyed,. does anyone know a DIRECT email address i could contact someone about this? i mean with only a 2mb visor, and being unable to upgrade games as the upgrades come out, my visor is slowly dying. thanks goodness though i have my modual backed up.

SO ONCE AGAIN, DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A DIRECT EMAIL ADDRESS, SO I CAN TELL SOMEONE (REAL) ABOUT THIS?

Hagiwara has a office in California. I searched for them on WWW and got found it. It has people to talk to. I broke mine and they fixed it for the only the cost of shipping. If you can't find the company let me know back and I will try to dig it back out. Brian

bpwayson, if u read the my post, i said i contacted costumer support several times, maybe they didnt talk about a replacment from them cause it was always the same costumer support worker replieng to me. and as for the president and marketing, i dont think those are REAL emails, i mean ******* yeah sure, it kinda hard to believe. yeah brian, i gave u an email. if u dont now a costumer support, id gladly talk to the president, just hope he is nice
