Faster USB HotSync using cradle button?

Thanks for the help I found here, I can now USB hotsync at higher speed (230,400 bps) by adding a new USB connection profile, this is better than the default 57,600 bps. This requires that the user press the screen button instead of the button of the cradle.

Does anyone know if it is possible to redirect the USB cradle button to choose another connection profile?
