@citvelink Wireless Module and Visor, $50!

I'm not sure anyone else noticed this, but CompUSA's Sunday paper flyer has a special on the @ctivelink wireless messaging module and Visor Deluxe bundle for $49.99 (plus monthly service charges, naturally).

This raises a couple of questions in my mind:

1. Did anyone here on the board ever buy and use this module? There was a lot of hype pre-release, but then it turned out that you could only buy it bundled with a new, RF-optimized Visor. I personally was pretty jazzed to get one, but was turned off by the way they forced you to buy it as part of a bundle (since I had a Visor already).

2. On a bigger-picture basis, what's the deal with Palm-related wireless devices? The Palm VIIx is on sale for fire-sale prices. The Visor-phone's price was just slashed. Now this.
