after install the new version of PalmDesktop3.10Hb i can noy sync my visor with my computer SO: win2000.
i have an error like the attached file.

I need help

I would suggest you completely uninstall the desktop and then reinstall again. I updated my version of the desktop (on Win2K) a few weeks ago and then couldn't sync until I did this. I don't remember if I got the error message you attached or not.
