I've had my visor for 4 months now. I pretty much have never used the hard cover, I just used their Distressed Leather case. Everything was fine until I decided to change to slim leather case.
First the visor was more snuggly fitted in the slim case but after using it for one day I noticed my visor has cracked around the top, where the visor was held in place. I returned the case but I would also like Handspring to replace my visor since the damage was caused by the slim case.
I tried searching HS website and haven't found the right customer support number to call. Does anyone know which number or email to contact for my problem?
Sorry that your Visor cracked. I would recommend the SlipperVisor case. It does not crack the Visor and flips open like a Palm III cover.
