-- Stowaway/Broken Hotsync connector (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=10340)
Has anybody had this problem yet...
I attempted to snap my Prism into my new xmas gift (Stowaway), and the hotsync connector pushed inside the Visor. I was able to get it back in line by taking the back cover off and making the connector (which doesnt seem to be attached to anything) sit back in it's original place. It has 2 pins that make it align with the mainboard. I just aligned those up and put the cover back on.
I haven't had too many problems since, but I'm very wary at snapping the Prism back into the Stowaway for fear that it will just break the hotsync connector.
Anybody else with that problem? Also, I find it hard to believe that the hotsync connector isn't soldered on anywhere. It kinda just floats there (unless mine is busted now). It does sych still and charges, as well as allows me to type if I snap the keyboard on.....

Thats why I returned my stowaway
I returned my stowaway because it took so much force to attach my prism. Looks like my fears were justified.
Getting Used to
The stowaway takes time getting used to. I had a hard time with it and was thinking of sending it back myself. After much practice, it is now a snap to attach my Prism to it. I had a deluxe when i first bought the keyboard a few months back.
