I ordered my Vdx on 10/14 over the phone and haven't had not had any problems with Customer Service. I have called twice, once to make sure that my order was still there about a week after and last Friday after seeing that my CC was charged.

I am considering getting the serial cradle for work, I have a win95 machine with out a USB port (I know that USB and Win95 aren't compatable anyway, but if it had a USB I could up grade to 98). I was wondering what everyone thought about ordering over the phone or if anyone has had good luck (maybe a little faster to get the unit shipped) over the web. Let me know what you think.
