I just put my stowaway in my front pocket and I haven't had any problem.

Lightbulb Two Words: Game Boy!

I posted more on this a few weeks back (I think; oh, how time flies...) For $17 and change at Fred Meyer (though available at similar shops around the globe) you can get an official Game Boy Color black nylon case that holds your visor, the Stowaway, and 4 to 6 modules to boot! The case is pretty well padded and nothing puts pressure on the Visor's screen. The keyboard is quickly accessible, and you can even keep modules in little plastic Game Boy cartridge cases for extra protection. I've got a Backup, SoundsGood, and eyemodule, plus spare batteries, in mine. I personally love the irony of having the little "Game Boy Color" logo on the otherwise black, non-descript case. Now, if only I had a Prism...

Yeah. Well, I learned something this weekend... After sewing my Visor case BY HAND, I put my Visor in it and instantly realized that multiple layers of quilt batting are not sufficient for protecting my expensive little toy. So now I need to figure out what kind of foam I could use without driving myself crazy in the process... (I need a sewing machine!!!)

I can put the picture up if you want, though.

I have a Prism and a Stowaway. Here's what I did:

Bought an E&B Slipper Prism (which is excellent, BTW).

Now I stuff the Stowaway in the Handspring slip case that came with the Prism. The elastic sides expand to hold it very snug.

I guess that this would not work for any Visor but Prism, b/c the case would not expand wide enough. Works well for me though. I do agree with Miradu2k that padding is not really essential, but I don't think it hurts.

Geodiscovery case

I just bought a gps from Geodiscovery for my Visor. So naturally I had to look around at their accessory page.

They showed a case that had a picture of a visor (with geode module in) and a stowaway keyboard fitting in happily together.

Has anyone tried this case? I'm tempted, something that would accomidate my now extremely oversized module AND a stowaway? It looks like the size is even adjustable.

Anyhoo, if anyone has tried it, let us know how you liked it.
