Changing user names

I lost my Palm V over the weekend. Good thing I had a second one

The problem is that I decided to change my account name in my Desktop because my info was under my husband's name and vice versa. Took care of that, no problem. When I tried to HotSync, it keeps downloading the info that I don't need, even after I delected off the other username. I need to do this soon as I have been without it for three days...any suggestions? I am running W2K platform if that is helpful to know.
