Hi,
I just got my Visor Deluxe (Ice) and i'm having problems getting it to sync.
- when i plugged in the cradle, the pc tells me new hardware found etc.
-i'm trying to sync with microsoft outlook
-when i press the hotSync button, nothing happens...it just says cant establish connection after a while (1 min)


i'd really appreciate input from anyone.....

Two things to try would be to try a soft reset, or
try moving the cradle as far away from everything that you can.

tried both....still no go....

do u think its something to do with software installation??

i ran the setup cd.

got it to work.....didnt install usb driver.
