-- Who has the dough for all this? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=13026)
Just a general jealous gripe that I can't order up a Prism, even though I desperately want color...(ya know, cause I really Neeeed it ; ))
Am I the only person who can't afford all of the modules, updates, and new gadgets that they want?
no.
I'm still waiting on getting a stowaway, I can't justify the cost yet...
sigh...
What I really want is the Edge.

I keep trying to convince random people that I know to buy my VDX (which i love and have no problems with) so that I can at least recoup something to buy the Prism with...
Yeah, the Edge is very smart looking, but I carry my PDA in my purse, so the size of the Edge is less appealing to me than the color screen of the Prism.
Maybe some kind hearted VC member will feel sorry for us and provide us with our hearts' desires....
I don't have any money for any of this...I can't even afford the handheld unit itself, let alone backup stuff, phones, GPS and all that. What do I do? I sit back and wait for the next best thing, and then buy what I wanted when the price comes down. Also, I shop the crap out of it online. And when all else fails...I sell stuff I don't use/want anymore, to obtain what it is I want. Right now, I'm selling baseball cards.
just my 2 cents.

Yeah--unlike most women, I spend my bucks on gadgets, not shoes!!
One answer...
Foo Fighter. He seems to have every handheld device out there.
All I have to say is thank God for a healthy tax refund this year.

off topic... just saw Dick-Richarson's new avatar....
Maybe I should get some dough so I can hire somebody to write me a program so I don't have to see that jiggling fat....

Yeah, Dick where did you find that picture??? haha.
I certainly can't afford everything I want, but I do get stuff once in a while. Just look at it this way- If you had everything you desired, you wouldn't desire anything.

I'm pretty sure that's the late (somewhat great) Chris Farley from a sketch he did with Patrick Swayze, on SNL no?

I live at home so the money from my job just goes for insurance & gas, the rest is mine to do with what I please. So I spend it on the crap I know I want now & won't be able to afford when I move out.
