MemPlug for SD or MMC

I want to buy a MemPlug. When I saw the company rep at TechExpo in NY, he said the adapter for SD and MMC would be out in Q2 or Q3. I could go buy one for CF, but would prefer not to do that if the SD or MMC version is coming son. Anyone have any ideas/inside info/hunches on the subject?

a SD one can also accept MMC. Anyways IMO buy the one that works with your other stuff or with other people's stuff. IE your friend a palm with SD slot then wait for SD, but if you got a Digital Camera/MP3 that uses CF or SD then go that route.

I don't really have any other stuff, and since all the other Palm apps to come will be in sd format, i figure that is the way to go. I emailed PI, and the response was :

" Our MemPlug SD/MMC adapter will be available before the end of this year."

I am not sure I believe them, since they originally told me it would be out in Q3, but what take it for what it is worth.
