Anyone have any idea why my backup module no longer backs up? Could it be full?

What do you mean it is not backing up anymore. Is the software saying to you that it cannot back-up, or is it just not doing anything. It is not possible for the odule to fill-up because it whips out the old info when it saves the new info.

Backup Module

The thing just sits there and will not do a thing. It locks up the Visor and I have to do a soft reset. It was working fine.

Look and see if their are any bent pins on the module connector. If there are, you will probably have to remove the back to straigten the pins. You will have to remove the batteries beforehand(you don't want to short the circuit board), so make sure a hot sync is done. Of course, removing the back may void any warranty.
Also, try a hard reset.
Or you may have loaded a program that interferes with the Backup program. Back in the days of DOS, I have had neat TSR programs so the same thing. Not sure if the equivalent is pertinant to the Palm OS.

I has this exact problem when I first got my backup module. I simply turned off Afterburner 3.0q and it then worked fine.
