Question Thinmodem+ in Britain?

The Thinmodem people are careful to say that the product is approved for use only in U.S. and Canada, with other countries possibly pending. That said, is there anyone here who has tried it in Britain? Does anyone know if phone plugs are the same in Britain as the U.S. ?

It definitely works in the UK, and it's greeeat (as tony the tiger would say, if he used a Visor)! The dongle has a standard (read; US) modem connector on the end, so all you need is the converter you can get from any pc/electrical/telephone shop.

I got mine of e-bay, so you don't need to fly to the US. Just confirm that the buyer is willing to ship to the UK (you will have to pay the additional cost).
