Question

Has anyone seen or tried this? I don't even know if it is real or vaporware.

When I though it was just an FM Radio, I thought it was too much, but after reading more, I kinda like it...

Oh Yeah...

I had forgotten about that module. Looks pretty interesting. Has some cool features and isn't too terribly expensive for what you get (if I remember it was around a hundred bucks.) Judging by the pictures, though, it's pretty freakin' big. It has been a long time since I last heard about that one, though, which makes me wonder if we will ever see it.

They probably got a lot less high on their product when AvantGo started to get huge (for free):

Pasted from their Web page:

Day's Top Headlines
Personal Stock Quotes
Financial News Headlines
Real time Sports Scores
Weather Emergency Alerts
Appointment Reminders
Horoscopes
Exchange Rates, and more!

... a lot of this isn't time-sensitive enough for most of us to pay a monthly fee for. (Over a once-a-day AvantGo sync.) Not me, anyway. Maybe once I buy some more stocks....

Pretty freakin' big is an understatement. It looks like a giant foam "We're #1" finger (or a Stone Cold Steve Austin middle finger, whichever you prefer).
