I read here that Handspring was not longer shipping via express shipping. This information is totally FALSE. I just spoke to a representive from Handspring (no hold time) and she doublechecked for me and said that they are still using FEDEX overnight service for express delivery.

BTW: I was surprised by how courteous and helpful the person was on the phone. (after hearing numerous complaints on these pages) The person that I spoke to was helpful and polite.

Can't wait for my Handspring to arrive!!
