I recieve no errors when hot-syching but my address book is not updating on the desktop SW on both the machines I sync with. The only thing I had seen requires a hard reset, but then I'd lose all the address/phone #'s I've entered since the last time it synched. Any advice?

Ok, it was solved. I spoke with the Handspring TS and tried reinstalling the SW. The first time, no change but I realized that I was getting a question about using 3rd party conduits. Since I didn't want to lost AvanteGo or the AnyDay desktop I had said keep them. However when that didn't work I reinstalled again and tried restore conduits and it fixed it, although it's no longer syncing to AnyDay (harmony.) It seems that AnyDay/Harmony might have messed up the Address conduit.

I just noticed that my MS Outlook is no longer synching with my handheld. The only difference between the last time the synch worked and this time is that in between I installed AvantGo. Can I get my synch to work still or must I de-install AvantGo. Help!

I have Avant Go and it doesn't seem to interfere with syncing in my case but I'm not syncing Outlook. Check in the custom menu item in the hot synch program . Click on the hot sync icon in the program tray at the bottom of the screen and select custom. If the conduit isn't there then I'd try reinstalling and if it asks whether you want to use 3rd party conduits or restore select restore. If that doesn't work, you can temporarily uninstall Avant Go, reinstall the desktop software and see if that fixes it. You might then try reinstalling Avant Go and see if it breaks it again or now works. Those are just my suggestions.
