Which way to go
New PDA user waiting for visor since 11/01.
Anyone care to comment on pros/con of using MS apps like Outlook,Excel,IEx etc. vs. what Visor ships with and other hacks(?)and/or apps for palm os. My guess is palm os would be less resource hungry thus less prone to crash? Currently us above MS on PC but not too deeply invested in data input.

You can use both. I do all of my work in Outlook and sync the calendar, contacts, to-do list, and notes to my Visor. There are conversion programs for converting .txt files and (I think) Word files to Palm DOC files.
