According to the Handspring site they have begun shipping! Finally!

I ordered 9/14. UPS to Tennessee... I'll give it a few days. Maybe by the middle of next week!

And all you whiners didn't think they'd ship. Looks to me they hit their shipping target (October) dead center!

I'm on hold now trying to find out whether mine shipped. I ordered at about 1am on the 15th (EST) so that's 10pm on the 14th PST. I'll post the results here.

Called Handspring today. The CSR was able to locate my order (on his computer!) and told me to expect my Visor within a few days. I ordered on either the 15th or 16th.

Why does handspring take so long to answer the phone? I've waited about thirty minures now, and no answer. Any know what gives?

Maybe they take so long cuz everyone keeps calling them fifty times a day trying to see where their visor is...
Me, I only call daily

Ordered mine on day one as well, requested priority shipping. Confirmed order and shipping the other day. Problem is I just checked my credit card and no activity today. I doubt they shipped without charging. What gives? Anyone else been charged?

I ordered mine on Sept. 16th, and later requested express (overnight) shipping.

Do you think that mine will be here tomorrow? It should, right? Let me know what you think...

It may take them a few days to even ship the units ordered on 9/14. This has been a pretty popular product. A few days ago the rumor was that 8000-9000 had been ordered already.

I ordered mine on 9/14, hopefully it was shipped today ... but I'm not counting on it ... hoping yes ... counting on it no.

I've been on hold since my previous post only to find out that my order is "on the second list" and that I should expect it to ship in the second week of shipping. Also the rep was somewhat confused on the shipping dates, he thought the first batch was going out next week starting on Monday.

That's really weird.

How long did it finally take you to get through? I personally have a current wait of 35:38, and no response. I wonder if they'll ever pick up!

Handspring said that the first shipment was for anyone who ordered Sept. 14th - Sept. 17th. She said that they do ship on Sunday too, since it's UPS. She didn't have access to shipping information, so she couldn't check for sure.

I'm not sure, but I just talked to them about ten minutes ago, and that's what they told me (Sept. 14 - 17th).

I'm not sure what to believe, but I sure hope that I get it soon. What color did you all get?

Blue VD + Serial Cradle here. And I'm hoping on the 14-17. Like I said, my CSR wasn't even aware that they had started shipping so he probably wouldn't know if they combined the first and second lists.
