Software Patches

OK. This may be a stupid question, but do the Prisms shipping now have the updates to the OS already "patched" or do they still need the patches to upgrade to 3.5.2h1.5?

You still need to do a patch.

Not sure. It really depends on how new the Prism is. Best thing to do is to check the version. Usually, after an update, HandSpring installs the Update from the factory, so if it is brand new it is possible the Update is there.
