Need a replacement original slipcase

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement for my original el cheapo slipcase? Anyone who "upgraded" to a fancier PDA case still have theirs in the box up in the closet? I just lost mine, and it really was just the ticket for my needs. I use the VisorPhone, and I don't want something complicated or bulky that I need to remove or unfasten when it rings or a reminder goes off; just lift it out to answer, and drop it back in when I'm done.

Do you still need the slipcase? I know I have one for the original Visor Deluxe. Is that what you need?
