In datebook+, I selected record, purge items, a date, ALL EVENTs and OK.

But, when I then scroll back in my datebook, I see that all of the events I supposedly purged are still present, the calendar isn't emtpy like I'd expect...

Is this some sort of bug, am I doing it right?

Any ideas?

Question: Are the entries left behind repeating entries? If so, this is normal, for the purge function does not remove repeating entries until all the occurrences have passed. If not, I have no idea.

You are right, those entries ARE repeating entries.

Kinda dumb that they don't delete past repeating entries, but so be it, I guess.

For repeating entries, there actually is only one record in the database. Thus not purging them does not waste any space.
