Question

I'm thinking of buying a case for my visor.
I have narrowed down my list of cases.
-InCase Palmtop PDA Case
-Sportsuit
-Rhino Pak 1000
-Rhino Pak 2000
-Titanium Slider Hardcase for Handspring Visorand Visor Deluxe
please tell me if i should consider any other cases. I want a fair amount of protection (i can drop it, i can but it in my backback). But also be pretty small and i want to have room for any springboards (minijam). Please tell me which one i should get. Thanx

Cool

You might want to consider the Rhodiana case. http://www.rhodiana.com
It does a good job, with the unfortunate exception of probably not working well with the MiniJam springboard.

Question

Since this topic is about cases..

I've ordered a Shockcase Sportsuit... and I've read good and bad stuff about it...

but would be Rhodiana be a better case for my Visor, or does it depend on your need?

Question

What do u say "kind of disappointed. Not as usual as I expected it to be..", what do u mean? Does it not offer protection? You don't like the fabric? Shotty workmanship? Doesn't fit the Visor?

Lightbulb

I bought a 'Franklin Covey Tech Binder SpaceSaver'. It's all leather, and has a zipper to close the case. the case originally came with a 6-ring metal organiser thing in the middle of the case, for holding the enclosed paper and organizing tabs. But I didn't see the point in having a paper organiser in my PDA case, it's like having 2 of the same thing! So I did quite a bit of leather work, and took out the 6-ring metal clamp, the metal plate underneath it (which was holding it to the case itself. This was hard because they use a sticky tape type substance to adhere the metal to the underside of the leather). and replaced it with 2 elastic loops for holding batteries. The loops required QUITE a bit of sewing (through leather, which is no easy task ). I finally finished the overhaul yesterday. If anyone wants pictures, I'll post some. just drop me an email at [email protected] (that's a zero)
