When I hit the button for my address book, a bunch of names and info comes up (as it does on yours), such as
Smith, Jane (123)555-1212 W
Smith, John [email protected]
But the info shown isnt uniform... Ill see some Home #'s, and some work emails, and some work #'s. Is there anyway that I can get all of my entries to be in one format or the other? withut having to go into each entry and changing it manually?

To change which item (Work Phone, home phone, etc) appears in the list, open the record for editing and press the Details button. Use the Show In List setting to set which field (Work, Home, Fax, Other, Email)appears in the list. By default, if only one field (ie email) is defined, that is what shows in the list.
You can check page 112 of the User Guide for more specifics.

Thanks, but what I was hoping for was a way to get ALL my entries to show the same category... either home work, email, whatever. Setting them one by one is tedious, and I was hoping there was an all encompassing way to do it.
