Hey everyone,

I was wondering where a good place to get some ebooks is? Thanks for your suggestions ahead of time.

I haven't obtained anything from Peanut Press, but my impression is that they are set up to do electronic versions of books that are relatively recent and are still under copyright - you pay for the reader and documents, which are copy protected to allow them to pay royalties.

For public domain books, try
http://www.memoware.com/

These are things that are old enough to have passed out of copyright protection. Most are in doc format, and can be read with any doc reader.

I think there are other sites out there, but memoware seems to have a pretty good selection.
