Where can I get a slip-case like the one that comes with The Handspring Visor deluxe

When I got my Vdx my dad saw that it came with a slip-case and said he really liked it (he even asked for his palm course I wanted it for my Visor ) so I was wondering where I could get one like it so that I could get it for him for X-Mas .

I called handspring and they sent me a new one. No charge.
