Hi all,
My Visor froze last night. About 3 hours before it froze, I had replaced my alkaline batteries with fresh new Engergizer batteries (not alkaline).

I tried a soft reset...it was still frozen.
I tried a hard reset...still frozen.

I tried taking the batteries out and putting new ones in (after waiting a two minutes)...still frozen.

Then I tried putting the old batteries back in, (because they were alkaline). It is still frozen on the Palm Computing splash screen.

Can anyone help?

Leave the batteries out half an hour.
