Discount phone service plans...

Has anyone tried any of the discount phone plans (not 10/10's)?- I'm planning to switch from AT&T and some of them offer really good rates (4.5 cents, etc.)OPEX looks good in my area, as well as W2COM. Has anyone had experience, good or bad, with any of these services?
