I called the csr Tuesday to see if my order (placed on 9/16) had shipped. He said it did ship on SUNDAY and since it was express, I should receive have received it Monday or Tuesday and that if I don't have it Wednesday, to call back. Well it didnt show up. Another strange thing is that my CC is now NOT showing the earlier authorization of $270. It almost looks like THEY cancelled MY order on me. So I am on hold to try to speak to someone. This is so incredibly frustrating.

Its ok, NO one has posted being charged, only to have had money HELD by handspring and then released! Even people who HAVE their Visors... lucky bums

Wink

gee, um, Mastercard? Yes, I'd like to cancel my card. Before any charges from some weird company called Handspring shows up on my bill.

Sound good, Cornholio?

Unhappy

I've also been charged and then refunded. This is very strange and irritating. I mean, I CANCELLED my order weeks ago when I bought my IIIx from ValueAmerica. Am I getting a Visor? Are they going to charge me YET AGAIN for something that I CANCELLED? I called today, waited 48 minutes at my expense, and got a fantastically incoherent reply from a good-intentioned CSR. They don't know if my order was sent or not, if I'd been nilled or not, if I'd be billed again, if just the springboard I'd ordered had been cancelled, or what I could do to find these things out. Oh yeah, and my bank couldn't refuse any future charges from Handspring since I'd already given them my CC number. I guess I'll just have to keep a few thousand dollars in my account so I don't get ANOTHER overdrawn fee courtesy of HS for a product that I $*#@ing cancelled. Cheers.
