Anyone have an Edge on order listed as "Shipping" on HS order status form? Mine seems to be stuck at "Awaiting Shipment".

The first page I see gives a status of: "Order being processed". But when I click "View Order" button, it takes me to a more detailed summary that gives the "Awaiting Shipment" tag.

I'm just wondering if this means HS doesn't even have the Edge in stock yet. Wouldn't be the first time they spoon-fed me a load of crap!

Hate to post "me too" but I'm in the same boat. Brings back not-so-fond memories of September 1999, when I ordered a Visor Deluxe. There I learned the difference between available & available. That is, available "to order" versus available "to ship".

Hope they don't have a repeat of that ugly performance.

What colors did you two order? It's my impression that Silver and Blue are in stock, however, I am unsure of the red Edge. Depending on when you placed your order, am or pm, the order may ship that day. For example, place an order before noon (MST) and the order will normally ship that day (there are exceptions to any rule). In addition, if an item is in backorder status, well, you may need to call the customer service number for further direction. I hope this helps you understand the order/shipping processes.

I ordered my Edge (Silver) at 11:40am PST yesterday, just ten minutes after the webcast.

As of right now, my order is still listed as; "Awaiting shipment".

Don't worry

When I ordered my Prism, I received it two days later, and even after I received it, the order status STILL said 'awaiting shipment', so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Ordered mine Monday (blue)...still lists Awaiting Shipment. although the confirmation e-mail said it would ship the "next business day", which was yesterday.

Well it looks like I won't have to wait much longer. I received an e-mail at 1:16AM from HS that says....

And you were right, Rob. My order status still says "Awaiting Shipment". Guess I'm going to have to call Customer Support to get my tracking number.
