I turned my Visor on this morning to find that the Touchscreen doesn't work! I can see things, and mess around with the button applications, but the touchscreen and graffiti pad give me no response! What's wrong!?

I dropped mine (from about 3') and the ribbon connection wire broke. You can take your visor apart to check it. it's at the upper left corner of the screen. Handspring replaced it, NC.

I had the same thing happen to me. My brother was playing with my Visor and the screen stopped working. I have dropped my Visor a couple of times, but it has never been decommissioned. I really don't know what my brother did. At any rate, I called Handspring and they replaced it for me. No problems.
