Talking

Man, I just picked up the Sounds Good audio springboard and it sounds great! It loads all 64 megs in less than 4 minutes.

What makes it better is this sweet deal from Staples.com:
$269 retail, less a $40 off $200 coupon, plus a $20 mail in rebate, PLUS a $10 coupon from Staples since I called to check on the orders's delivery status twice (it was a day late). That totals $199 for a really cool product.

:^D

Sounds very cool. congrats!

I'd love to hear more about your experiences with it. little nitpicky points, things you like, etc.

I'd like to get a mp3 player, but I'm still up in the air as to which one to get and what else is on the horizon.

Staples.com

I looked on the Staples.com site and called their customer service number and nowhere could I find anything about $40.00 off orders greater than $200.00.

Can you please post the specific URL for the $40.00 rebate offer or if there is a coupon code, can you post that here?

Thanks.

Recently picked one up over the holidays also. Cost $199 after Amazom and Good rebates. My first MP3 player so I have nothing to compare it to, but I can say that I like it a lot (Enough to convert all my CDs to MP3 - 15 gig worth). Standalone battery pack for it is nice also. One 'nitpicky' point is that you must be carefull removing it from your Visor. The tiny buttons on the top hava a small edges that extend beyond the bottom side of the Springboard. If you fingers slip while pulling the SoundsGood out they could catch on the buttons, causing them to break. I recommend pushing it up from the bottom edge of the Springboard instead of pulling it up from the top where the buttons are. It extends slightly out from the bottom of the Visor and has a small edge at the bottom so you can get a grip there. It happened to me the first time I removed it, but Good Technologies promptly sent me a replacement. Excellent tech support.
