Everytime I tap the little house (Apps) button I get the following crash.

DataMgr.c,Line:6550,Index out of range
(Reset)

If I tap the reset nothing happens, the only way to get anything is to pinhole reset.
Only to have the same problem again .

Can anyone help, or tell me how to Hard Reset I'll wipe everyting and start over at this point.

To perform a hard reset:
<OL TYPE=1>
<LI>Hold down the power button (do not release it yet).
<LI>Press the reset button
<LI>Now release the power button
<LI>Wait until you get a warning message
<LI>Press the top scroll button
</OL>
