best screen protector - clear, durable and CHEAP!

OK, maybe this will help someone else... here is what I've found to be the cheapest and best screen protector available. It's very easy and it works for any device. Just get some very thin, clear, security window film (used as security film for windows). You can find it in window tint shops and security shops that reinforce windows. Cut the right size out using your exacto knife or paper cutter and peel off the thin plastic to enable you to stick it to the screen.

It's completely clear, (after 1-2 days), and very durable and is removed without any residue at all.

Works for me, and it might work for some of you. Most people who see my palm device are surprised to find out that I use a screen protector at all - it's practically invisible.

It's sold by the foot so make some for your friends, cost is very cheap!

I wax my screen. It makes the stylus action smoother and also protects by reducing the stiction and gouging potential of anything that contacts the screen. Really easy to do too. I use a Kleenex pre-wet with liquid wax and stay off the plastic housing - just the screen itself.
