1. Couldn't get Hotsync working. I used a USB hub to connect and Visor didn't recognize my computer. Plugging directly into the computers USB port solved the problem.
2.Can't acces the User Guide on the CD. I get an error indication saying that a file "acroread.exe" can't be found. Can't locate that file in my computer or the Visor CD. My Acrobat works fine in all other uses. Any ideas?

1. Sorry to hear about that. No idea why a USB hub wouldn't pass through (which sounds like the problem).
2. I've seen this before, but can only recommend opening Acrobat/Reader, then opening the PDF document on your CD from there (File >> Open).

It worked. I put the User Guide on my Desktop so I can access it readily.
