How reliable is PDA Panache with sending/billing for styli? I ordered a stylus over the web but never got a confirmation email or anything like that. Perhaps they are taking lessons from Handspring? haha.

p.s. - isnt that orange tip awful?

I have ordered from them on three separate occasions and have had no problems. Most recently for the Visor stylus, I received my package within three days.

I just ordered from them last week and got a confirmation email.

Should have the stylus in another day or two.

If you did not get an e mail confirmation then they do not have your order. I had the same problem, but they got it to me in time for Christmas.

I received this reply from pda panache:

VIS-B, black and VIS-C, chrome are out-of-stock at this time.

maybe...just maybe Handspring had made a little "aggrement" with the company to make crappy stylus. and sales have gone way up for the visor styli since they made this crappy stylus. i see it now. they are watching us THEY ARE WATCHING US!

hmmm...an update to my last post...the PDA Panache arrived today! Less than one week from ordering and that's including the holiday!

Got my chrome stylus today (2 days after order placed). Maybe I got the last one?

I thought I'd hate the orange tip but now I see the beauty of it. I no longer have to continually glance down to the grafitti area. The orange tip keeps the pen tip in the peripheral vision at all times. I find it makes writing much easier and faster.

Cool - I guess I don't have a problem waiting. Besides, I've still got this Pentopia stylus from Best Buy which doesnt fit in the silo thingy. But I think I'll wait to return it until I get the Panache stylus
