Last night my Visor crashed when an appointment alarm went off. I went to hit OK and a error message was on the screen. Anyway I had to hard reset no big deal. Then today I went to delete some To Do items I had completed and it froze with this error message:
Memory Mgr New.c,
Line: 6190, Heap ID not
found

I believe this is the same error that occurred last night. Anyone report similar problems? I have no hacks on my Visor. The only add on programs I have are a couple of the games that came with it.

Oh I almost forgot. Last night the hard reset worked on the first shot. Today I did hard reset about 4 times and it wasn't working. Finally I took the batteries out for about 5-10 minutes and then it worked.

I had a similar problem. I couldn't clear the alarm after it went off. After a soft reset, I noticed that my screen was not responding (but the buttons work). So I tried a hard reset. The screen still didn't work and the Visor is now frozen on screen 1 of the setup process. I called tech support and they couldn't resolve. My new Visor is on it's way.
