i frequently attach notes and other various items to people and appts. at the desktop level. However, when I hot synch this with my visor, the attachments don't show up with the appointments. i have to go into the memo pad to view the notes seperately. they are in no way attached to the appointments even though i have them attached at the desktop level.

Also, because I had problems with hotsynching (names entered into my visor would not show up in palm desktop after hotsynching), I had to reinstall the palm desktop completely. After i did this and resynched everything, attachments between people and birthdays as well as events and notes were not carried over. i had to reattach everything at the desktop level. WHAT IS GOING ON? Does the "attachment" function only work on palm desktop?
