What is this "stock" stylus I keep hearing about

When I read reviews and stuff I keep hearing that the Visor came with a "stock" stylus? What is this? Is it different from the ones in the stylus 5 pack? Because the Visor I purchased came with a stylus that was the same as in the 5-pack.

That's the stock-stylus. Unless you got the 2 mb version, that comes with a plastic stick that's ribbed near the tip for your.. er.. well, it is a really bad stylus.

Speaking from experience, the early VDXs also came with a ribbed, solid plastic stylus. Apparantly HS got wise to how bad it was and discontinued it it favor of the metal-with-plastic-tips model we all know and love.
