I've been using my Visor with my current setup with out a problem for two weeks. This weekend, I tapped the screen to place the cursor when I got the following message:

Fatal Error
MemoryMgrNew.c,
Line:4128, Invalid Handle
(RESET)

Soft reset gets the machine going again but does not fix the problem. The problem occurs whenever I try to place a cursor on a MemoPad type field. ToDo list and Datebook Titles do not produce the error.

I hope someone out there may be able to shed light on this problem. I want to get some feedback before I attempt a hard reset.

Are you running any hacks or have you installed anything new in the last couple of days?

I've been using these for about two weeks without a problem. They are managed by EV Plug Base.

I had similar lock-ups when using EVPlugBase. Had to finally get rid of it and go back to HackMaster... haven't had ANY trouble since.

When I used EV Plug Base I had numerous problems that no longer occured after I started using HackMaster. You may want to try that.

I deleted EV Plug Base and loaded Hackmaster, but the problem persists. I'm going to do a Hard Reset and use Hackmaster. If the problem comes up again I'll repost.

One other thing... what version of PhlegmHack are you using? I think anything before 1.3 is also buggy on the Visor.
