A couple of times now (once after a hard reset and once when syncing a replacement visor) I have had to re-create my shortcuts because they were not restored. All of my other data and preferences get restored except the shortcuts.

In my Palm backup directory, I find that there are three files that begin with "GraffitiShortCuts" and end with ".prc". The difference is that one has no space
between the first part of the name and the ".prc" another has one space and the third has two spaces.

I'm using a serial cradle on a PowerMac 6100 running OS 8.1.

If anyone can shed some light on this, I would appreciate it.
