Red face newbie question about delete

I'm a complete neophyte when it comes to Palm OS. I just bought a Visor Edge and haven't had any major problems of any sort. I love how quick this thing is. Also, how its slim and light enough to be totally unobtrusive once in my pocket.

However, I cannot seem to figure out how to select multiple records to delete from the Mail application.

When I synced with my computer, the edge downloaded over 600 emails (I havent cleaned my inbox in years) from outlook. Now I can't get rid of them. I really dont look forward to deleting them one by one.

Also, I've noticed that my "select all" menu option doesnt seem to do anything either. What am I missing?

TIA.

Get E*Mail, a freeware Mail replacement app for Palm OS. I got it just yesterday at Freewarepalm.com, under Communications. It works exactly like Mail, only allows you to delete multiple mail and some enhanced funcitons.

...actually, I haven't figured out how to do that yet, but according to the reviews it could be done.

I think this should be the link for it:

http://www.freewarepalm.com/communication/e_mail.shtml

If you're looking for even more functions, you may have to look elsewhere for purchase of these kinds of apps.
