I just got off the phone with a CSR. She stated that tracking numbers will be available for all previously shipped packages by tomorrow.

She said the reason they haven't posted them by now is that they had TNs for some items, but not all. They simply didn't want angry people calling in and saying "how come you have Joe's tracking number, but not mine"

That's what I was told anyway.

Which, if true, would indicate that MOST of the previously shipped items are expected to arrive at their destinations today or tommorrow and that the web site is also expected to be back up during this time frame. I'm sure that they don't really want 47,000 people calling to get tracking numbers. Do they? <GRIN>
