Can any one help?
Ive installed the softwear, of course theres no email for Netscape mail but does that mean I cant Sync with address & memos etc. Nothing happens except "cannot communicate with computer" message. Actually it does communicate every three or so trys but then it trys to get to Outlook and then it folds.
Any idias, am I missing something obvious?

What OS, type of cradle etc. etc. are you using...

Without that info it will be virtually imposible to trouble shoot...

by the way, this should be in 'How To / Troubleshooting' category...
