backup module

I have a springboard backup module that I have used for both my visor deluxe and prism. I haven't used either one of my pda's or the backup module in a very long time. I guess I just didn't use the module correctly as I backed up a lot of junk on it that I wish I didn't. If I use it now it will ask if I want to override what I currently have on my pda and I don't really want to. Is there anyway of erasing what I have on the backup module? or is there a way of getting around this? Thanks for all the help in advance. MM

Yes - instead of tapping Restore, tap the big Backup button and the module will overwrite all of the old data with the stuff you've got on your Visor now.
