I've read a few posts saying "I'll get one, try it out for two weeks, then return it if I don't like it."

Can you still do this if it has been slightly (and obviously) used? I understand the screen scratches a bit when used with the enclosed stylus. Would Visor accept a returned unit that was not damaged, but obviously used?

Yep. If nothing else they replace the screen cover and reuse it as a refurbished unit if someone has to pay $85 because they broke theirs.
