Still waiting for my graphite Visor Deluxe which will be my first PDA. I use hotmail and can only use Outlook Express with it. Will my visor be able to sync with Outlook Express or is it only possible with the Full Outlook program?

i know is syncs with outlook for sure. check www.chapura.com to see if pocketmirror (the s/w that allows syncs w/outlook) will sync with outlook express.

btw, pocketmirror comes with the visor.

You get a choice of Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora, Lotus Notes various versions also MS Exchange and MS Mail.
You shouldn't have any problem.

Sluggo, a tip for future reference. Open the hot sync manager and chose custom then mail and then you can pick your preference.

Thanks for the info guys. I can't wait for my Visor, ordered on 10/7 so I guess I'll have to wait until November.

This is a random question, but how do I go about forwarding my hotmail to my outlook mailbox and then vice-versa. From there how do I synch outlook from my PC to my visor. I am kinda new at this stuff and would appreciate any offers of help.

SO, DOES ANYONE KNOW THIS?

just set up outlook to receive your hotmail. go to the microsoft web site on how to set up your hotmail as a pop3 service. i think outlook express will set one up for you.

Murphy, I use Outlook Express, so I'm not sure if it's the same for Oulook. In Outlook Express if you do not already have an account you go to Tools..New Account. If you already have a Hotmail account you go to Tools...Accounts...Add...Mail then proceed to give your hotmail information. Hope this helps (If you use Outlook Express).
