Not that it's of any consequence, but did anyone notice that the 888# has a new guy doing the voice for the "thank you for calling handspring, your call is important..." ?

Maybe it's a good sign that they've done some modifications to the phone queueing system ? Maybe not.... :-) The music still smacks of Casio keyboard demos.

Personally, I think this guy sounds pretty ticked off that someone got him to read into the voicemail system. Either that or he's low on sleep. Either way, doesn't exactly make me feel like "Handspring thinks my call is important". It's the little things that HS should be trying to get brownie points for being as they rubbed so many people the wrong way.

BTW, this is around 10:30, eastern US time.
